Show PostLines are always somewhat arbitrary—that's how law works with gradual processes. We set drinking ages, driving ages, contract ages. The fact that 16 and 19 overlap developmentally doesn't erase the gap between 12 and 40. "Age apartheid" trivializes actual apartheid.
