If you want to be generous, it's 57% done given the Milton Line can't run two-way all-day upstream due to freight train conflicts, and only needs one track.
Show PostThis stretch of railway corridor was upgraded for the 2015 opening of the UP Express, and is shared with GO Transit's Milton, Kitchener and Barrie lines. All four services were given space for two tracks each, so they could all run two-way all-day service. A decade later, it's only half done.
