Yeah, I can count on one hand the number of colds I've had since 2020. And my "chronic" bronchitis never came back at all.

The funny thing is, the “constant worry about other people” STOPS when I put my mask on. I have less fear of disease or worry about other people’s germs, thanks to the mask!

I haven’t had a single episode of Covid or flu, a cold, etc. Since before the pandemic started so YMMV but I highly recommend wearing a mask at least when you’re in crowded places. 🤷‍♀️
