I only hacked the thing, the translators will give you their opinions, but I don't think it is! As far as I know, the story of the game is only barely, tangentially connected to the series. I didn't watch it myself, yet enjoyed the game quite a bit!

Thank you so much for all of your work! It’s been so depressing to see all these MTLs and vibecoded recomps flooding the community like raw sewage. It makes me glad that people like you are still out there doing the real work. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate each and every one of you!

This game is set around a matriarchal ideocracy that uses presented gender and one's ability to conform as excuses for xenophobic conquest and religious warfare. Pronouns and who uses them when are half the narrative, and an MTL could NOT bare this game's fangs correctly.

Please ignore the MTL release of Meremanoid that came out today. We have had a hearty band at work (Chapu, Popi, Mr. Nobody, Misty, Shentok and I) working hard on an all-human patch. Fully playable in English, in it final editing pass now. Popi provided these screencaps today. More news later.
