but also it doesn't. the textures are too good. the betas are kind of uninteresting, since they're just the final but half-baked. and there's no characters, no objectives, no plot. you're just kinda stuck in this weird sort of purgatory. especially if your CD copy came without the music.
Show Post(honestly i find that Sonic R sorta scratches the same itch for me, just a little bit. weird, extremely memorable but highly abstract geometry. just, Sonic R feels like a beta for *something* we never got.)
