Good evening #Bluesky the 🔭 observatory is open again tonight, so doing an #EAA session before the main session of imaging my main target later. I'm starting with M13 #Astronomy #Astrophotography

So now we have moved the 🔭 to visit M52, which in the FOV includes C11 the bubble nebula, up and to right of the cluster. M52, Open cluster ~35M years old, 5,000 light years away. Bubble Nebula, Carved out by a monster star 44x heavier than the Sun with 4million mph winds! 😲

California Nebula(NGC 1499) is a large emission nebula lit up by the bright star Xi Persei. It is a faint nebula about 5x the width of a full moon so I used my widest field scope to image it. Total exp: 7 hours, 09/07/26 #astronomy #astrophotography

Going for a DSO 🔭 object tonight, with limited clear sky forecast I'm using #EAA to start building data, tonight IC1805. IC 1805, universally known as the Heart Nebula, is a stunning emission nebula located in the Perseus Arm of the Milky Way. #Astronomy #Astrophotography
