The FCC determined Netgear routers are secure enough to be sold in the US because it filed cybersecurity details such as "Justification on why any foreign manufactured router is not currently manufactured in the US, including why these foreign sources were selected and whether alternatives exist."

Show PostAssuming the registrant replies, I don't think X-Law has much of a chance. Lots of assumptions: the registrant is not a lawyer, there is infringement (for a landing page?), etc.
Show PostI've always told trademark owners it's impossible to register every possible typo, hyphen, or word combo, so it's interesting Google is doing this now.
