The TUP system docking head can be seen quite clearly in that image. You have the DRC that docks the vehicle once it's unlatched from the stabilising unit and then carries it on rails to the docking head.

I was surprised by the incompatibility with the current UK aerial refueling fleet. It seems that F-35A is not the only plane suffering from this problem. It sounds like something needs to be fixed asap.
