In people with #CHD health professionals recommend they achieve the public health #physicalactivity guidelines for secondary prevention BUT should they do more or less to ⬇️ their risk of a repeat 💔 or premature death??? 🧵

I was not transitioned through a normal process. If I can add any input into this conversation. Transitioning from parental oversight to Self as soon as possible. So many fellow ACHD patients even into their late 20’s do not know what their conditions,interventions, pregnancy, future health etc.
