And I love how Mari is silent as she leaves. She never says "goodbye lara" because she knows they'll meet again. Not to mention how it ties back to her mom telling her how important it is to look directly when it counts!! Mari never once looks away or blinks in that final moment

Its so important that they can be together when Lara is ready, that's what the whole show was about. She rushed into the relationship with Luca before she was ready, and in this episode she had to explicitly reject the concept of "true love" to save Mari's life in the climax

Extremely same. Thankfully, winter down here at this time of year. Summer is fucking horrendous, I do not need 44C days to exist. You can't even do anything fun on them.
