Surprisingly first time ever making quiche. I keep forgetting I own single-serving tart pans. Made the dough last night, so just needed to blind bake, mix the eggs, then final bake for an easy brekkie.

Finally had the bother to organize my bookshelf (and associated sprawl of random piles), and at least Sublime and @sevenseasentertainment.com are now sorted. For now. I’m pretty behind on Sublime since my local store doesn’t get their titles anymore cause of apparent distributor issues.
