Well, he's dead now, he was underage, and she bought him a gun. Legally he was still her responsibility. She should face 2nd degree murder and attempted murder charges for enabling him to carry out the attack.

I know that no one close to things like that can ever see those obvious signs, but you are right. His eyes, his posture and even the clothing all say depression issues, he does not 'Appear' to be well.
