Last week, Pact CEO Andy Keen-Downs CBE received his insignia from HRH The Princess Royal at Windsor Castle. Andy was named in the New Year's Honours List for his services to prisoners and their families, and this year celebrates 20 years as Pact's Chief Executive. Congratulations, Andy!
