I probably took your one segment of the argument out of context. I agree with what you are saying. The bubble will eventually burst on the moneyball idea that a few clubs have, rightly or wrongly, as the rich few take hold of that somehow

Outstanding work Chris and a truly damning picture of how they’ve grotesquely distorted and corrupted the PL. Also in stark contrast to the bot driven claims saturating social media currently. Wonder where they’ve all come from.

Did you not read what I said? Liverpool and Arsenal tried to vote in new rules that would allow everyone to spend the same. Chelsea and City voted against it. There is no ‘red cartel’ however much you want to bemoan it. Then there’s UEFA which have tighter rules in place than the PL do now
