I've always appreciated the different experiments on reviewing done by NeurIPS PCs over the years. However the ever increasing verbosity of rebuttals these days does call for ways to reduce length and the 1 page pdf from CVPR does not look that bad or obsolete.

This one feels special ❤️ Our group has 8 papers at ICML main track this year, and I’ll be attending ICML in Seoul — my first ICML after 10 years, a pandemic and two children. So proud of the team and excited to be back!

Thanks, but no thanks. You might get me after all if we submit, but for now it feels good to decline. Last year, it was a horrible experience to review for NeurIPS. And I had a reduced load of two papers....
