Why is it that a 15-16+ year old is legally responsible enough to propel 2 tons of steel on an interstate highway and tried, convicted and sentenced as an adult for serious crimes and yet not responsible enough to act in accordance with a school’s code of student conduct? Failed parenting
Show PostI worked in a school where marking was centralised. Every dept ... maths, English, DT, PE etc, all had to use the same approach. One size fits all However, behaviour was decentralised. Each dept had to have its own approach. Detention in one dept was a warning in another. Nightmare!!
