I love punching Bioware but that's because I always had some measure of fun with their games. Less directly shitting on them and more like "what the fuck are you doing lmao" when you get to shit like the part of DA2 where they rip off the X-Files movie

They were often kinda bad and had really stupid parts but you could clearly feel they were made by human beings and tangibly feel the influence of those human beings, which isn't really something you can say about any modern AAA game not made by Remedy

This didn't have anything to do with ME3 at all, I don't even know how someone could reach that conclusion. It happened because EA leadership got brain disease and demanded Anthem, then demanded a dragon age service game, then demanded they use the parts of the dragon age service game to make DA4

It's not, it's because Old Republic spun off into it's own thing so Bioware no longer has MMO sub numbers pumping up their bottom line after every project they've done in years has been a flop. Imagine what SE's quarters would look like without FF14 on the balance sheet.
