That is a bit of a tricky question, because it depends what you mean by "function". If you mean "takes in a real number, gives back a real number", then yes it has a name: Beth-2 (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beth_nu...). If "takes a function, gives back a function" also counts, then you get a mess.
