Continuing on the same topic as Modern Times closing... Minneapolis needs to ask itself what kind of city it wants to be. It is financially fucking impossible for non-rich people to open a restaurant or cafe or bar in the twin cities anymore. Do you want little restaurants? Vibrance? How badly?
