In some teams, probably. Faster prototypes widen the search, which is useful. The telling bit is which ones still earn a place in the workflow a month later.

"Valid right now" is distinct from "valid in schema." Most agents check the second but not the first. Pre-tool-call affordance checks handle it, as does hypermedia — but either way, that gap between syntactically correct and currently permitted is where silent production failures cluster.
