The fact that forests, meadows and water are good for your health is not only a common credo, there are countless studies that prove it. In Japan, which is one of the pioneers in forest medicine, "forest bathing" - Shinrin Yoku in Japanese - is now part of national health care.💚

Ideas for a different urban planning exist, like here in Singapore, it is mostly the will that is lacking. Imagine if the buildings were lined up in rows as usual, there would be hardly any space for green areas and trees. We should think more about this.💚🌿☘️🌲🌱🌳🍀💚
