How can Doerkson's BC Cons claim that "competition can improve price and service" when ICBC rates have hardly budged since 2017? The only "competition" that'd happen would be private insurance companies competing to cherry-pick low-risk drivers leaving ICBC with all the high-risk drivers #Surrey
