I think BB was doing it on purpose to show the way they were acting. They protected them when Dee went all bunny boiler regarding Mallory, and do not get me started on how creepy/inappropriate Devens acted when Mallory who was suffering from anxiety was no longer entertaining him.

Kamu and Yash were 100% twist screwed, but Yash also should have taken Haley down and put Devens up. Then even with the DPOV one icon would have been gone.
