Brighton was our last stop in the UK before flying home. A fun town to walk the waterfront and relax. There is a nude section of the beach and I did get naked for a while in a hollow protected from the wind, but dipping into the North Atlantic was beyond my threshold.

Signal Hill, Newfoundland holds vast historical significance. Bla, bla, bla... There are 300 steps down to the shore line from the tower. If you were one of the twenty somethings that I jogged by in full riding gear and boots on the way up, I apologize.

I didn't begin to understand my nudism until my late 40's. Growing up near water there was always skinny dipping, but it wasn't until I found Haulover Beach that I experienced the joy of being naked with others. My first sense of true acceptance, I had discovered me. #naked #nudeselfie #Selfportrait
