People worried Assisted Dying would be a slippery slope. I kinda hope it is, cos I'd love to be able to write a living will that allowed me to be medically "offed" if I end up with dementia. It's not how I'd want to be, or my family have to care for me like that. My decision, yours might differ.

I have a feeling that if Abe Lincoln himself had been running against Trump, he wouldn't have got in. Not because Trump's the greater man, but because the demographic that elected Trump wouldn't have understood a damned word Lincoln was saying.
