Whenever you hear ANYONE blame ANYTHING on immigrants, say: "It's not immigrants, it's oligarchs." Always. Every time. Make it a stock phrase. Make it the conventional wisdom. Because it happens to be true, but it's also bite-sized enough to catch on and spread. It's not immigrants. It's oligarchs.
