There is a kid on my nephews baseball team who is autistic. Tonight, he hit the ball and EVERYBODY erupted in yells and applause. The coaches and players of the other team came over and congratulated him. Tears all around. Its times like that that show the world isn't always shit. 💙

Took my 6 year old niece to World Series game 1 in 2024. She saw Freddie Freeman hit a walk-off grand slam and got infected with the baseball sickness. 14 months later she’s wearing Fred’s number 5, walking up to Edwin Diaz’s entrance music, and whacking the shit out of home plate. 🥹🙏
