A combination of loving to draw and reading webcomics has made me really want to return to my own webcomic soon. I’m thinking of keeping things simple for now: maybe a weekly update for the time being? I don’t want to release comics infrequently, but I also don’t want to burn out too quickly.

I think my issue with edit's paint isn't the special output (it doesn't feel drastically different and I use 6 AP charge up) but how spotty it is. I feel like it went from a primary painting gun to an auxiliary one? Sorta like wellstring, it paints well but you want an actual support player too?

sometimes I feel like an odd one out in the indie comics scene because I make mine in a traditional manga format as opposed to making it into a webcomic... I feel as though it makes my series doomed to obscurity in the western comic scene

This is probably not the greatest thing to admit online, but: when I was in TV, my role was a lot more structured and I had assets from the stage previous to my stage in the pipeline to work from. My new job has more design freedom but I still always get mild panic when starting from a blank canvas.
