One last thing about X tonight: noting X has 10x the number of regular users than Bluesky means jack shit when a) a shitload are bots, b) the algorithm boosts right-wing content over everything else so actual engagement there sucks, c) 10 million active accounts is more than enough to hang out with.

Anthropic published a report on how AI has changed employment at the company. The share of junior technical hires fell from 27% to 9%. Like everyone else in tech. Employees are more productive and no one has the time to review the output from Claude. Also like everyone else. The new normal.
