I don’t want to spoil anything about You Can See Everything but I implore everyone to go see it. Been a long time since a movie has left me ruminating over every single aspect of it.

I didn't! I do think the preparation goes an incredibly long way though. I soak them in stock first (veg "chicken"stock) 30 min, squeeze out, med heat in a pan for 8 min, then I marinate and pan fry high heat. Makes the texture fantastic
