Ah that sounds hard. (Do you know/practice any grounding/centering meditation? To add to prayers perhaps? They help me get into my body/connect deeper when otherwise my mind might be racing.) For what it's worth, today my 55 yo (overweight) niece went back to work after a stroke ~ 2.5 months ago.🙏📿
