I can create opportunities for my LD students to shine in class by creating lessons and tasks around their specific strengths or interests. I have an autistic student that LOVES space, so any chance I have to incorporate moons and planets I will! #TeacherEd #SpEd

In my current classroom practice, I try to make my lessons accommodate for the diverse set of learners in the room. I often use scaffolding as well as some differentiation in instruction. I try to create opportunities to have students reach the same standards but at the process that works for them.
