AP is banned from WH events and all the other legacy journalists walk right in. If this was the 60s, we know who would have been with the Freedom Riders, and who would’ve been writing about them from a safe place. AP stands alone. Sad but true.

When the dog is sleeping in the bed, I always wish he would point his face at me instead of his butt. But then I remember reading that they do that because they have to face outward to protect you. And then I tell him loudly in his ear, “THERE AREN’T ANY LIONS.” Then we just go to sleep.

TV seasons should be 22 episodes long with no commercials, made by cable auteurs who get network money but work reasonable hours & there should be a legally obligated Halloween episode with a sexy misunderstanding
