I had a lovely 5hrs hike with my friend. We also used the hike as an opportunity to gather rosehips. That was likely the last hike of this year's Indian summer. The day was fantastic and nature beautiful with its autumnal decoration!

One of the big lies of textile culture is that it’s vain to love your body. Vanity is thinking your body makes you better than others. Loving your body is just a part of healthy self esteem. Don’t listen to people who’d rather criticise others than to work on themselves.
