There are 4 medical schools in my city, the #2 children's hospital in the US plus another one & Shriners. Yet we wait and scheme to find a PCP. In the meanwhile patients are seen in "the clinic" by internal med. residents who see zebras when horses are sitting on top of them.

I was dx with CHF 6 months ago at only 47. No risk factors or family hx. Cardiac rehab saved my life! That and the meds is why my EF has gone from 15% to 50%. Thanks for what you do, doc.
