Finished the 2000 Dune miniseries. You know what, in spite of it looking like it was made on the budget of a high school play (with recycled costuming) and CGI from a hand me down Commodore Amiga, you gotta admire the attempt to keep it all as epic as possible.

The fetus is a very convenient handle for misogynists to grip to grind someone's face into the dirt for having sex while in possession of a womb. The whole thing is about the double standard of sexual behavior--the idea women should be judged and punished more harshly than men for the same action.
