So let's get this straight: You yourself admit that you agreed to get tested prior to having sex. You failed to get tested, but had sex anyway. You took away her informed consent. She agreed to have sex with you under certain conditions and you ignored that. That is assault. You assaulted her.

.....even his own source is poorly and 93 pages of nonsense......his own explanation is admittance of fault- and showing a flood of posts to shift blame when the real kicker is he was asked to get tested beforehand and did not. Whole buncha smoke and mirrors mess which doesn't absolve him at all.
