Hardly an original observation, this, but one of the most annoying/difficult things about living with an anxiety disorder is that you can be generally doing great, having a lovely day on holiday, enjoying a beautiful view, all is well, and then: bam, The Anxiety is suddenly there

Anyway, to make another deeply unoriginal observation: Scotland is utterly gorgeous and if you have to be experiencing a random burst of The Anxiety, doing so amid beautiful scenery helps a bit

I started including a session on procurement, tendering and bidding in entrepreneurship and corporate entrepreneurship modules a good number of years ago now. Pleased I did! I didn’t see it in any textbooks on the topics but felt it was important.
