The NHS has a staffing crisis and needs more beds and equipment. Doctors are being replaced by less experienced staff. Flu season has started early and Covid is on the rise. Infection prevention and control is virtually non-existent and corridor care is being normalised. Terrifying it definitely is.

Tell him to find a way to document it, every moment of it, because one way or another he WILL be leaving. With documentation he will then be able to bring suit which will result in settlement. Which means he will get something instead of just stress and permanent scaring.
