Overrated: Thirteen Ghosts To be fair this one wasn't overrated until someone was like "Oh this was really good" on the interwebs. Underrated: The Boy and the Heron. Both in general and as a Miyazaki film.

I might have to wear ear plugs or noise-cancelling headphones once the renovations start at our block (some of the units wanted their toilets to be renovated - I can't say these people have inconvenienced most of us). Not all people are out of their units in the day, ffs.
