Exactly, same goes for being too muscular as well, people into bodybuilding knows very well the condition of many contestants and sometimes the sad endings but not many talks about it because being fit is generally seen as being in good health, it's not the case.

It's also not immoral to be unhealthy. 🙂‍↕️ Disabled people, folks struggling with addiction, and unhealthy fat folks all still deserve medical care and love and rights. Some fat folks are unhealthy, but fat folks don't need to be healthy to be worthy!
