A man has been arrested in San Diego for allegedly obstructing the detention of a a Guatemalan man who was attending his immigration court hearing.
Show PostICE has been detaining people attending their hearings for the last two days. In one incident a man collapsed in handcuffs, and his attorney repeatedly demanded a warrant, on being shown the warrant it appeared the wrong person was detained.
