I think drama channels actually fuel the fire more than they help keep people informed. Like you said, if nobody talked about it, they'd move on. Its all a game of attention.

THIS. Idk when folks started expecting the showrunners to police the fandom but omg that's not their job??? Though tbh 90% of the hateful idiots are 12 year olds desperate for attention so we should just starve the stupid things by ignoring them and NOT posting about it every New Drama -_-
