Legislation is proposed to allow *by right* sidewalk cafes in Queen Village/Bella Vista. QVNA is hosting a meeting on the potential change Mon 11/3 at 6pm at 407 South St. Note that this is NOT the same as a streetery, which still requires a trip to the Art Commission. Thoughts?

Can you believe they used to allow automobiles on what's now Forbidden Path?! It turns out cities like Philadelphia can just prohibit motor vehicles from right-of-ways to create stress-free infrastructure for pedestrians, cyclists, and equestrians.
