"Use AI as your therapist." Um, sorry that doesn't save me time. It's far more efficient to train an LLM on my traumas and neuroses, then have an AI avatar attend my Zoom therapy sessions. The AI can distill the psychological breakthroughs I experience in bullet point form. Boom.
