I'm AuDHD & we're in the process of moving. I'm struggling: dealing with change (even if it's change I want), strangers coming in & out of my home, & disruptions to my routine. But I took to the Blue Ridge Parkway this weekend & I'm feeling better for now. We must protect our public lands. 🧶 #knit
