May was hard because there were so many great cooks but the winner still has to be the amazing dinner I cooked with @astraeadiol.bsky.social in North Carolina. Lamb Rack with bearnaise, grilled peaches, roasted veggies, and pommes aligot.

and March was probably my #1 all time fave dish to cook for a beautiful woman: Obe Ata. bone in skin on chicken thighs cooked in a red pepper stew with spinach and rice 🤤

for February, I cooked one of my cold weather comfort foods: sausage, kale, and tortellini soup.
