This stupid colitis flare will not give in. It's because I've stopped smoking. It's really painful and I'm so fatigued, it's giving me the hump. Still, what doesn't kill me irreparably damages my colon a bit more, so I've got that going for me.

Had a lovely chat with a delightful little old lady in Tesco. Bemoaning the fact that we can only have a roast chicken on Wednesday because Thursday is bin day and the bastard foxes have all the rubbish out otherwise and discussing which teabags were the best value, debating cost over taste.
