Yeah, it’s just a falling car. It twists midair to land upright but that’s like saying my cat is a flying cat because he lands on his feet after falling off the table while he was asleep.

If Meta suspended the account at the request of or under pressure from the admin, that would be “jawboning” — and a 1A violation. This was exactly what the MAGA states argued wrt the Hunter Biden story and COVID minsinfo. The purpose of the investigation would be to find out if that happened
