There was clearly a push coming ahead of Ukraine invasion from the Covid aftermath: supply chain disruption, ship shortages, excess money supply. Hence I would argue for only 70-80%. As the Ukraine war for sure drove up prices to a higher level, (also for foods like sunflower oil)
